IQOS End of Year Activity and Program Boosters
  1. What is this End of Year Activity about?
  • Under the End of Year Activity, starting from 1st November – 31st December, you can purchase IQOS ILUMA at a special price of RM249 (RSP: RM329), IQOS ILUMA ONE at RM149 (RSP: RM179), lil SOLID EZ (in color Black or Blue) at RM89 (RSP: RM109) and lil SOLID EZ (in color Rose Gold, White or Mint) at RM59 (RSP:RM109), while allocated stocks last.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to item 6 below for more information on the Program Boosters.
  1. Who is eligible for this End of Year Activity?
  • This End of Year Activity is open to all nicotine users residing in Malaysia who are 18 years old or over who would otherwise continue to smoke. The purchased device should be registered under your name.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to item 6 below for more information on the eligibility requirements for Program Boosters.
  1. What is the duration of this End of Year Activity and Program Boosters?
  • This activity will run from 1st November 2024 until 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) unless extended or shortened, while the allocated stocks last without the need for any prior notice.
  1. Where can I purchase IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE or lil SOLID Ez during this End of Year activity?
  • To purchase IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE and lil SOLID Ez at this special rate, you can visit our online store at IQOS.com, visit our nearest IQOS Authorised Centre or IQOS Partners: IQOS Stores | Heat-Not-Burn | IQOS Malaysia or search for “IQOS Authorised Centre” on Google, call our IQOS Care Team hotline at 1800-88-3858 or visit our Lazada store named “IQOS Authorised Store Malaysia” or visit selected Convenience Stores/Petrol Stations and General Trade outlets. 
  • For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to item 6 below for more information on the participating channels for Program Boosters.
  1. Can I purchase multiple devices under this End of Year Activity?
  • You can purchase a maximum of five (5) devices per transaction in our IQOS Authorised Centre, IQOS.com & IQOS Care Team. However, a user may only have a maximum of ten (10) devices linked to their profile at any one point.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to item 6 below for more information on the Program Boosters.
  1. Can I stack on-going Program Boosters (Trade-in Program, Referral Program, First Device Voucher Program, Indirect Channel Self Registration Program) during this activity?
  • Yes, you may stack the current on-going Program Booster (Trade-in Program, Referral Program, First Device Voucher Program, Indirect Channel Self Registration Program) together with this activity. However, in the case of Trade-in Program, it is valid for the purchase of IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA ONE only (not valid for lil SOLID Ez).
  • The “IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters” is a limited time booster program involving the existing Trade-in Program, IQOS Referral Program, the First Device Voucher Program and Indirect Channel Self Registration Program (“Program Boosters”) organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd of Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 (“Organizer”).
  • The IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters are only in effect from 1st November 2024 – 31st December 2024.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters are not applicable to the IQOS X Steve Aoki 10 Year Edition devices.
  • The following sets out the additional terms and conditions of the Program Boosters:
(A) IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Trade-in Program
    1. All eligible IQOS or lil users who have never traded-in for an IQOS ILUMA device before, will receive an additional RM20 rebate on their new IQOS ILUMA device on top of the relevant trade-in rebate that they may be entitled to under the Trade-in Program, subject to the terms and conditions of the Trade-in Program.
    2. This is applicable for trade-ins performed between 1st November – 31st December 2024 at participating IQOS Authorised Centres nationwide, IQOS Partners, IQOS.com, EMP and Indirect Retails.
    3. Eligibility for IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Trade-In program. You are only eligible for this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Trade-In Program if:
      1. You are an IQOS or lil user aged over 18 years old;
      2. You are registered and your Used IQOS or lil Device is linked in IQOS database. This excludes IQOS ILUMA & lil HYBRID Ez device;
      3. Your main residence is in Malaysia; and
      4. Your Used IQOS or lil Device is not disarticulated and comprises of the pocket charger and holder (which are each in one part), except for IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 and lil SOLID Ez.
    4. All terms and conditions of the Trade-in Program that is currently running still apply: https://malaysia.iqos.com/en/legal#trade-in
    5. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of the Trade-in Program and the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Trade-in Program, the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Trade-in Program will prevail in any such inconsistency or ambiguity.
(B) IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | IQOS Referral Program
  1. All eligible IQOS Referral Program Referees (as defined in the respective IQOS Referral programs terms and conditions below) who purchase a new IQOS device using a valid referral code will receive an additional 10% off their purchase on top of the current 10% referral discount, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant IQOS Referral Program.
  2. This is applicable for purchases via the IQOS Referral Programs (as set out below) made between 1st November – 31st December 2024 at participating IQOS Authorised Centres nationwide.
  3. Eligibility for Program Boosters | IQOS Referral program. Referees have to be:
      1. Adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products purchasing their first IQOS or lil device OR
      2. Adults who own a previous generation IQOS/ lil device purchasing their first IQOS ILUMA
  4. Program Boosters | IQOS Referral program mechanics:
  1. Adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products can enjoy an additional discount of 10% off on any lil or IQOS ILUMA devices.
  2. Adults who own a previous generation IQOS/ lil device can enjoy an additional discount of 10% off on any IQOS ILUMA devices.
  1. Applicable IQOS Referral programs
All terms and conditions of the IQOS Referral Programs that are currently running below still apply:

  1. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of the IQOS Referral Programs and the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | IQOS Referral Program, the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | IQOS Referral Program will prevail in any such inconsistency or ambiguity.
(C) IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | First Device Voucher Program
  1. All eligible adult smokers who purchase a device using a First Device Voucher will receive an additional 10% off their purchase on top of the First Device Voucher discount of 10%, subject to the terms and conditions of the First Device Voucher Program. This additional discount is applicable for the purchase of one (1) device of IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime or lil SOLID ez.
  2. This is applicable for purchases between 1st November – 31st December 2024 at participating IQOS Authorised Centres nationwide and IQOS.com using their existing vouchers.
  3. Eligibility for IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | First Device Voucher Program. This program is open to all adult smokers residing in Malaysia who:
  1. Are 18 years old or over;
  2. Have yet to register as IQOS/ lil users in Malaysia; and
  3. Are already, registered as “Leads” under the specific program of PMM in the IQOS database.

All terms and conditions of the First Device Voucher Program that is currently running still apply: https://cloud.e.iqos.com/TnC_LN3-en In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of the First Device Voucher Program and the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | First Device Voucher Program, the terms and conditions of this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | First Device Voucher Program will prevail in any such inconsistency or ambiguity.
(D) IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters |Indirect Channel Self Registration Program
  1. All newly and existing registered users who has purchase an IQOS Iluma device from indirect channels only and register via registration microsite or digital trade engagement platform (“DTE”) (“Registered User”) will receive additional RM20 rebate in TNG reload pins via registered email.
  2. Eligibility for IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Indirect Channel Self Registration Program. This program is open to all adult smoker who are:
  1. Are 18 years old or over;
  2. Your main residence is in Malaysia
  3. Adults who purchased any of their IQOS ILUMA devices from indirect channels during the program period, provided that this is capped at the first 3 devices. For the purpose of calculating the 3 devices under this IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Indirect Channel Self Registration Program, the 3 devices shall include devices registered from 1st November 2023 and onwards.
For illustration purposes, if a person purchased 2 devices between 1 November 2023 and 31 October 2024 (Device W and Device X) and subsequently registered another 2 devices between 1 November 2024 and 31 December 2024 (Device Y and Device Z), then the IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Indirect Channel Self Registration Program shall only apply to Device Y, and shall not apply to Device W, X and Z.
 
  1. This IQOS ILUMA Program Boosters | Indirect Channel Self Registration Program is not applicable for device purchased and/or registered in IQOS Authorized Centre, IQOS.com, IQOS Official Store on Lazada and Shopee, or through IQOS Care Team. For clarity, indirect channels refer to any other channels that are not listed here in this item (D)(iii).
 
  1. All terms and conditions of the Indirect Channel Self Registration Program that is currently running still apply: https://cloud.e.iqos.com/COnsumer_reg_reward_tnc_en.   • The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to this End of Year Activity and Program Boosters will be final and binding, including without limitation, the applicability of these Program Boosters.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this End of Year Activity and/or Program Boosters without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer of these Program Boosters shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any losses or damages suffered.
  • The Organizer reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued participation in these Program Boosters after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Sementara stok yang diperuntukkan masih ada.

  1. Siapa yang layak untuk Aktiviti Akhir Tahun ini?
  • Aktiviti Akhir Tahun ini terbuka kepada semua pengguna nikotin yang menetap di Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas yang sebaliknya akan terus merokok. Peranti yang dibeli hendaklah didaftarkan di bawah nama anda.

  • "Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA" adalah program penggalak masa terhad yang melibatkan Program Tukar Beli, Program Rujukan IQOS, Program Baucar Peranti Pertama dan Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung ("Penggalak Program") anjuran Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Aras 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 ("Penganjur").
  • Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA hanya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2024 – 31 Disember 2024.
  • Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA tidak boleh digunakan untuk peranti IQOS X Steve Aoki Edisi 10 Tahun.
  • Berikut menetapkan terma dan syarat tambahan Penggalak Program:
(A) Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Program Trade-in
  1. Semua pengguna IQOS atau lil yang belum trade-in untuk peranti IQOS ILUMA sebelum ini akan menerima rebat tambahan RM20 pada peranti IQOS ILUMA baharu mereka di atas rebat trade-in yang berkaitan yang mereka mungkin layak terima di bawah Program Trade-in, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat Program Trade-in.
  2. Ini terpakai untuk tukar beli yang dilakukan antara 1 November – 31 Disember 2024 di IQOS Authorised Centre yang mengambil bahagian di seluruh negara, IQOS Partners, IQOS.com, EMP dan kedai runcit terpilih.
  3. Kelayakan untuk Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Program Trade-In. Anda hanya layak untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Trade-In ini kalau:
    1. Anda adalah pengguna IQOS atau lil yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas;
    2. Anda berdaftar dan Peranti IQOS atau lil terpakai anda dipautkan kepada pendaftaran anda dalam pangkalan data IQOS. Tidak termasuk peranti IQOS ILUMA dan lil HYBRID Ez.
    3. Kediaman utama anda adalah di Malaysia; dan
    4. Peranti IQOS atau lil terpakai anda tidak dipisahkan dan terdiri daripada pengecas dan pemegang poket (yang masing-masing berada dalam satu bahagian), kecuali IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 dan lil SOLID Ez.
  4. Semua terma dan syarat Program Trade-in yang sedang berjalan masih terpakai: Perundangan | IQOS Malaysia
  5. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan antara terma dan syarat Program Trade-in dan terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Trade-in ini, terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Trade-in ini akan diguna pakai dalam sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan tersebut.
(B) Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Program Rujukan IQOS
  1. Semua Ahli Baru Program Rujukan IQOS yang layak (seperti yang ditakrifkan dalam terma dan syarat Program Rujukan IQOS masing-masing di bawah) yang membeli peranti IQOS baharu menggunakan kod rujukan yang sah akan menerima diskaun tambahan 10% untuk pembelian mereka di atas diskaun rujukan 10% semasa, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat Program Rujukan IQOS yang berkaitan.
  2. Ini terpakai untuk pembelian melalui Program Rujukan IQOS (seperti yang dinyatakan di bawah) yang dibuat antara 1 November – 31 Disember 2024 di IQOS Authorised Centres yang mengambil bahagian di seluruh negara.
  3. Kelayakan untuk Program Booster| Program Rujukan IQOS. Ahli Baru mestilah:
  1. Orang dewasa yang akan terus merokok atau menggunakan produk nikotin lain dan membeli peranti IQOS atau lil pertama mereka ATAU
  2. Orang dewasa yang memiliki peranti IQOS/ lil generasi terdahulu dan membeli IQOS ILUMA pertama mereka.
  1. Mekanik Program Booster | Program Rujukan IQOS:
    1. Orang dewasa yang akan terus merokok atau menggunakan produk nikotin lain boleh menikmati diskaun tambahan sebanyak 10% untuk mana-mana peranti ILUMA IQOS atau lil.
    2. Orang dewasa yang memiliki peranti IQOS/ lil generasi terdahulu boleh menikmati diskaun tambahan sebanyak 10% untuk mana-mana peranti IQOS ILUMA.
  2. Program Rujukan IQOS yang berkaitan:
Semua terma dan syarat Program Rujukan IQOS yang sedang berjalan di bawah masih terpakai:
    1.  Merujuk Rakan Pengguna Nikotin Umur Sah untuk Membeli Peranti IQOS atau lil pertama mereka https://www.iqosreferrer.com/ms/terms-and-conditions/?sag=0
    2. Merujuk Rakan Pengguna Umur Sah yang memiliki peranti IQOS/lil generasi terdahulu untuk Membeli IQOS ILUMA pertama mereka https://malaysia.iqos.com/ms/perundangan#refer-get-rewarded
  2. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan antara terma dan syarat Program Rujukan IQOS dan terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Rujukan IQOS ini, terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Rujukan IQOS ini akan diguna pakai dalam sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan tersebut.
(C) Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Program Baucar Peranti Pertama
I. Semua perokok dewasa yang layak yang membeli peranti menggunakan Baucar Peranti Pertama akan menerima diskaun tambahan 10% untuk pembelian mereka di atas diskaun Baucar Peranti Pertama sebanyak 10%, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat Program Baucar Peranti Pertama. Diskaun tambahan ini terpakai untuk pembelian satu (1) peranti IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime atau lil SOLID ez.
II.Ini terpakai untuk pembelian antara 1 November – 31 Disember 2024 di IQOS Authorised Centres yang mengambil bahagian di seluruh negara dan IQOS.com menggunakan baucar sedia ada mereka.
III. Kelayakan untuk Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Program Baucar Peranti Pertama. Program ini terbuka kepada semua perokok dewasa yang menetap di Malaysia yang:
    1. Berumur 18 ke atas;
    2. Belum mendaftar sebagai pengguna IQOS/ lil di Malaysia; dan
    3. Sudah, didaftarkan sebagai "Leads" di bawah program khusus PMM dalam pangkalan data IQOS.
IV. Semua terma dan syarat program Baucar Peranti Pertama yang sedang berjalan masih terpakai : https://cloud.e.iqos.com/TnC_LN3-ms. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan antara terma dan syarat Program Baucar Peranti Pertama dan terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Baucar Peranti Pertama ini, terma dan syarat Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Program Baucar Peranti Pertama ini akan diguna pakai dalam sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan tersebut.
(D) Program Booster IQOS ILUMA| Ganjaran Pendaftaran Pengguna
  1. Semua pengguna berdaftar baharu dan sedia ada yang telah membeli peranti IQOS Iluma daripada indirect channel dan mendaftar melalui laman microsite atau platform penglibatan perdagangan digital ("DTE")
    1. ("Pengguna Berdaftar") akan menerima rebat tambahan RM20 dalam pin tambah nilai TNG melalui e-mel berdaftar.
 
  1. Kelayakan untuk Program Booster IQOS ILUMA | Ganjaran Pendaftaran Pengguna. Program ini terbuka kepada semua perokok dewasa yang:
  1. Berumur 18 tahun ke atas;
  2. Kediaman utama anda adalah di Malaysia
  3. Orang dewasa yang membeli mana-mana peranti IQOS ILUMA mereka daripada saluran tidak langsung semasa tempoh program, dengan syarat ini dihadkan pada 3 peranti pertama. Bagi tujuan pengiraan 3 peranti di bawah Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA | Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung, 3 peranti hendaklah termasuk peranti yang didaftar mulai 1 November 2023 dan seterusnya.
Untuk tujuan ilustrasi, jika seseorang membeli 2 peranti antara 1 November 2023 dan 31 Oktober 2024 (Peranti W dan Peranti X) dan kemudiannya mendaftar 2 peranti lagi antara 1 November 2024 dan 31 Disember 2024 (Peranti Y dan Peranti Z), maka Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA | Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung hanya boleh digunakan untuk Peranti Y, dan tidak boleh menggunakan Peranti W, X dan Z.
 
  1. Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA Ini | Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung tidak terpakai untuk peranti yang dibeli dan/atau didaftarkan di Pusat Sah IQOS, IQOS.com, Kedai Rasmi IQOS di Lazada dan Shopee, atau melalui IQOS Care Team. Untuk kejelasan, saluran tidak langsung merujuk kepada mana-mana saluran lain yang tidak disenaraikan di sini dalam item ini (D)(iii).
  2. Semua terma dan syarat Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung yang sedang berjalan masih terpakai: https://cloud.e.iqos.com/COnsumer_reg_reward_tnc_en. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan atau kekaburan antara terma dan syarat Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung dan terma dan syarat Penggalak Program IQOS ILUMA | Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung, terma dan syarat Penggalak Program ILUMA IQOS ini | Program Pendaftaran Diri Saluran Tidak Langsung akan diguna pakai dalam sebarang ketidakkonsistenan atau kekaburan tersebut.

  • Keputusan Penganjur mengenai semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan Aktiviti Akhir Tahun danProgram Booster ini adalah muktamad dan mengikat, termasuk tanpa had, kebolehgunaan Program Booster ini.
  • Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Aktifiti Akhir Tahun dan/atau Program Booster ini tanpa notis. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, sebarang pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Program Booster ini oleh Penganjur tidak akan memberi hak kepada sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap Penganjur untuk sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami oleh anda.
