What is the First Device Voucher about?
Effective 27th October 2023, the First Device Voucher offers 10% off on IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime and lil SOLID ez for all eligible smokers residing in Malaysia who are 18 years old or over.

Adult smokers who are issued the voucher are entitled to purchase one (1) IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime or lil SOLID ez device only subject to the Terms and Conditions. The purchased device must then be registered to the adult smoker. These Terms and Conditions apply to the First Device Voucher issued from 27th October 2023 onwards.

Who is eligible for the First Device Voucher?
The First Device Voucher is open to all smokers residing in Malaysia who are: (1) 18 years old or over; (2) yet to register as IQOS users in Malaysia; and (3) already, registered as “Leads” under the specific program of PMM in the IQOS database.

How do I purchase the IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime or lil SOLID ez using the First Device Voucher?
You can use the First Device Voucher to purchase one (1) device of IQOS Iluma One, IQOS Iluma, IQOS Iluma Prime or lil SOLID ez at https://malaysia.iqos.com/en or IQOS Authorised Centers only.

What is the validity period of the First Device Voucher?
The validity period of the First Device Voucher is 30 days from the day you are registered as “Leads” in the IQOS database, while allocated stocks last.PMM reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the First Device Voucher (whether issued or not) without any prior notice.

Can the First Device Voucher be used together with other IQOS related vouchers (e.g., IQOS Referral Program)?
No. The First Device Voucher cannot be used with any other IQOS related vouchers. For example, if you use the First Device Voucher to purchase an IQOS Iluma, you are eligible for 10% off only and will not be able to apply any other voucher code on top of it.

Can I use the First Device Voucher to purchase any accessory / cleaning sticks / cleaning tool?
No. The First Device Voucher can only be used for either one of the selected device purchase as mentioned above.

Can I use the First Device Voucher together with any other in-store deals or special offer?
No. The First Device Voucher cannot be used together with any other in-store deals or special offers, unless stated otherwise.

What are the other terms and conditions?

  1. The program may be cancelled, suspended, or terminated at the sole discretion of Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“PMM”) without need for prior notice.
  2. The First Device Voucher is non-transferable.
  3. Strict identity and age verification will be implemented upon usage of the First Device Voucher.
  4. PMM reserves the right in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
