How to redeem your Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet credit?

STEP 1
Launch your TNG app and tap “+ Reload eWallet”.

STEP 2
Tap “TNG eWallet Reload Pin” under “Other Methods”.

STEP 3
Enter 10-digit reload pin and tap “Reload Now”.

STEP 4
Your TNG eWallet credit should be added to your balance once your reload is successful.

What is Referral Program?

This Referral Program is an incentive-based referral program that allows you to earn rewards when you successfully recommend adult smoker friends^b to purchase IQOS or lil SOLID 2.0 introduced by IQOS, and register with IQOS.

What will I get when I successfully refer my adult smoker friends^b?

You will be rewarded with IQOS vouchers^a and Touch 'n Go eWallet credits^a. The value of your reward will be 10% of the device RSP that your adult smoker friends^b purchased. You are eligible for a maximum of 10 referral rewards in total.

How do I refer my adult smoker friends^b?

Send them your unique referral link through email or WhatsApp. Please do not share to your friends^b via public posting on social media. Your friends^b will need to register and purchase via your unique referral link for it to be considered a successful referral.

When will my unique referral link expire?

The unique referral link that you shared to your adult smoker friends^b will expire 12 months after they receive it.

How do I get my reward^a?

You will be notified through the email address that you have provided during your registration. If the provided email address is invalid, the reward will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

When will I get my reward^a?

You will receive your reward^a within 30 days after your friend^b has purchased and registered accordingly, after age verification.

What should I do if I did not get my reward^a?

Get in touch with IQOS Care Team and we’ll help you!

How can I use my IQOS voucher^a?

Use them in any IQOS Authorised Centres, IQOS Authorised Store Malaysia at Lazada, or remotely^d via IQOS Care Team

The voucher^a is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Use it to purchase any device(s), accessories or cleaning sticks. It cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates, HEETS and Fiit.

Can I combine my IQOS vouchers?^a

Yes.

How can I redeem my Touch 'n Go eWallet credit?^a

First, you will need to register for a Touch 'n Go eWallet account and download the app on your smartphone. Launch the app and tap on "+ Reload Balance". Under "Other Methods to Reload", select "TNG eWallet Reload Pin" and enter the 10-digit Reload Pin from your reward notification email or SMS. Hooray, your Touch 'n Go eWallet Balance is now updated!

What will my adult smoker friends^b get after they sign up?

They get a 10% rebate^c on their first IQOS 3 DUO or lil SOLID 2.0 when they purchase and register with IQOS, after age verification.

Who is eligible for the rebate^c?

Any first-time registered IQOS users, 18 years old or above, who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products and residing in Malaysia.

Where can my adult smoker friends^b use the rebate^c?

They can use it for their first device purchase in any IQOS Authorised Centres, IQOS Authorised Store Malaysia at Lazada, or purchase remotely^d via IQOS Care Team.

Can my adult smoker friends^b try IQOS or lil SOLID 2.0 before buying?

Yes, they can request to try before buying IQOS or lil SOLID 2.0 in any IQOS Authorised Centres. HEETS and Fiit are not included.
