Terms and Conditions
  1. This campaign, which is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia ("Organiser"), is open to all BHPetrol eCard members who purchase your first IQOS ILUMA i One device at any BHPetrol outlets.
  2. Eligibility. The BHPetrol eCard member shall be:
    1. 18 years old or above, residing in Malaysia, and is a smoker who would otherwise continue to smoke. Not applicable to those BHPetrol eCard members who have never used tobacco and/or nicotine products or have quit using tobacco and nicotine products; and
    2. first-time registered user in the IQOS database. Each BHPetrol eCard member can only join the IQOS database once. Kindly use the same phone number for BHPetrol eCard & IQOS database registration.
  3. To earn 3,000 ePoints, BHPetrol eCard members are required to:
    1. Register your profile in the IQOS database via the link provided in the BHP app, before purchasing your first IQOS ILUMA i One device;
    2. Buy IQOS ILUMA i One device at any BHPetrol outlets;
    3. Link the purchased device to your profile in the IQOS database (see item 4 on how to link the device to your profile); and
    4. Be successfully validated by the IQOS Care Team that you are a first-time registered purchaser in the IQOS database.
  4. BHPetrol eCard members can link your IQOS ILUMA i One device to your profile in the IQOS database via:
    1. Scanning the QR code on your device box;
    2. Visiting any IQOS Authorised Centres;
    3. IQOS.com; or
    4. IQOS Care Team (1800-81-0958)
  5. BHPetrol eCard members who are eligible to earn points during the relevant campaign period will have your points credited into your membership within 60 days from the date of successful validation.
  6. By participating in the campaign, the BHPetrol eCard member is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). You hereby agree the personal data processing stated in privacy notice in https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions including the campaign period and/or terminate the campaign without prior notice. Such changes shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of these terms and conditions on Legal | IQOS Malaysia ("Website"). You agree that your continued participation in the campaign constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (as changed). You are advised to regularly review these terms and conditions posted on the Website of such changes.

  9. Any matters related to BHPetrol eCard membership and ePoints are subjected to BHPetrol's terms and conditions: https://www.bhpetrol.com.my/ecard/. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the BHPetrol eCard membership or ePoints shall be resolved by the BHPetrol eCard member directly with BHPetrol, and the Organiser is not responsible in investigating or resolving the disputes, replacing or cancelling the ePoints as a result of such dispute(s).
  10. The Organiser's decisions on all matters relating to this campaign will be final and binding.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right not to accept your participation in this campaign or to not honor the reward if there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this campaign. By participating in this campaign, you agree that you will not hold the Organiser and its employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with this campaign.
  13. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms and conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of these terms and conditions will continue to apply.
  14. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
  15. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
