You are only eligible to this Trade-in Program if:
1. You are an IQOS user aged over 18 years old.
2. You are registered and your Used IQOS Device is linked in our database; and
3. Your main residence is in Malaysia.
4. Your Used IQOS Device is not disarticulated and comprises of the pocket charger and holder (which are each in one part), except for IQOS 3 MULTI.

The maximum number of devices which you can Trade-in is up to 1 .

You will receive a 20% rebate on top of the Retail Selling Price of our latest IQOS Iluma device.

The trade-in rebate of 20% will be based on the lower value of the Iluma device that you have purchased.

We will arrange to return the device back to the respective consumer. However, we will not be responsible for any missing device after we ship the device back to you.
